An experienced light rail customer services professional, Jo Bentley was appointed to the UKTram board as a non-executive Director in 2022.
Jo Bentley recently returned to NET operator, Keolis Nottingham as Head of Customer Experience, having previously worked on the network as Customer Service Manager.
Following her first spell in Nottingham she went on to work for Keolis in Doha, where she set up a new customer experience department in preparation for the opening of the Metro ahead of the 2022 World Cup.
On her return to the UK, Jo remained in the transport sector, working for National Express, before re-joining the Nottingham team in 2022.
On her appointment to the board, Jo said she was delighted to have the opportunity to support UKTram in presenting a ‘single voice’ for the light rail sector.
